Absence and Lateness

Punctuality is the key at Madrasa Al-Ikhlas. Parents must ensure children arrive on time.

We appreciate the tiring day our students have at school, however, regular lateness or absence without prior notification, is taken seriously and may result in the loss of a place at the madrasa. Remember, lateness not only disrupts other students, but it also reduces valuable lesson time.

Planned absences must be approved in advance with the Head Teacher and failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
Pupils who are absent for five consecutive days without notification will have their admission reconsidered. Parents or guardians are responsible for accompanying their child to the madrasa, collecting them from outside after class and endeavoring to be at the masjid five minutes before the end of session.

PASSING THE BATON

Measuring success.
The previous generation has done most of the hard work so that the coming generations can focus on education, providing guidance to others and becoming a benefit to society.
